Shipping Methods and Costs

We typically ship via Austrian Post.

Shipping costs and options (tracked/untracked) are shown at checkout.

Free Shipping Thresholds:

• Austria: Orders over €29

• EU: Orders over €49

• US & Canada: Orders over €79

• Singapore: Orders over €99

Delivery Times

• Austria: ~2–3 business days

• Germany: ~2–4 business days

• EU: ~3–5 business days

• US & Canada: ~4–8 business days

• Singapore: ~5–6 business days

These are estimates; delays can occur due to customs, carrier issues, or holiday surges.

 

Customs, Import Fees & Duties

• International customers (outside the EU) may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees upon delivery.

• These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the buyer’s responsibility.

• We do not collect duties at checkout, so you may need to check with your local customs office for cost estimates.

• If you refuse a shipment due to duties, we will refund the product cost upon return, but shipping fees are non-refundable.

Wares For Weirdos is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

 

Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

You’ll receive an email with tracking info (if tracking is chosen) once the order ships.

 

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order is significantly delayed, contact us at office@waresforweirdos.com.

We’ll do our best to assist, but we are not liable for carrier or customs delays.
