Refund policy

EU Customers

Under EU consumer protection laws, customers in the European Union have a 14-day right of withdrawal without giving a reason. The 14-day period starts the day after you (or a third party you appoint) receive the goods.

1. Exercising Your Right of Withdrawal

• Notify us (Wares for Weirdos / Idea Agency e.U., Klostergasse 12/2/1, 2340 Mödling, Austria, Email: office@waresforweirdos.com) of your decision to withdraw by an unequivocal statement (e.g., email or letter).

• You may use the model withdrawal form provided by law, but it’s not mandatory.

2. Effects of Withdrawal

• We will refund all payments received from you (excluding shipping costs) within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return shipment, whichever is earlier.

• Refunds will be made via the same payment method originally used, unless agreed otherwise.

3. Return Shipping Costs

• You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

• We recommend using tracked shipping to avoid issues in transit.

4. Condition of Returned Goods

• We may withhold refunds until the goods are back in our possession or you provide proof of return.

• You are liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what’s necessary to inspect the goods.

Non-EU Customers (Including US & Canada)

• No General Returns: As a small business offering low-cost items with relatively high shipping expenses, we are unable to accept general returns or provide refunds for customers outside the EU. Exceptions apply only in cases where an item is defective or incorrect.

• Defective or Incorrect Items: Email us at office@waresforweirdos.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and a clear description of the issue. We may offer a refund or replacement at our discretion if the product is indeed defective or incorrect.

• Shipping & Costs: Return shipping costs are not covered or reimbursed, even if the item is defective or incorrect.

Crypto.com Pay Orders

• No Refunds: Purchases made via Crypto.com Pay (cryptocurrency) are final and cannot be refunded, regardless of circumstance.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any statutory rights you may have under Austrian or EU law.
